European Cooperation Day is a communication initiative carried out in the countries of the European Union and neighbouring countries, beneficiaries of territorial cooperation programs, which aims to promote in a unique way the collaboration between local communities.
On the occasion of the European Cooperation Day, October 9, 2020, at 12.00, an online seminar took place at the “Ștefan cel Mare” University, Suceava, on the Google Meet platform, during which the trainer presented the main objectives of the cross-border project Personalized prevention tools in obesity and diabetes – a joint Romanian-Ukrainian programme of health educationand offered information and advice on The importance of nutrition in preventing the chronic diseases.
The seminar aimed to raise awareness of the importance of nutrition for a healthy life and was organized as part of the project Personalized prevention tools in obesity and diabetes – a joint Romanian-Ukrainian programme of health education, nr. ENI CBC 2SOFT/4.1/56. This project is funded by the European Union and is carried out within the Department of Health and Human Development, in partnership with the National Precarpathian University “Vasyl Stefanyk”, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine.
