The two partners will be responsible for developing the project’s integrated information and communication strategy on both sides of the border. This includes proposing the types and numbers of events and visibility strategies by ensuring optimal public exposure of the project’s aims, activities and results. Each of the two partners will subsequently decide on the specifics of their respective publicizing activities by taking into account the most appropriate actions according to the highest potential of achieved visibility and implication from the decision factors in the communities. The visibility of the project will be assured through:

  • Press release event
  • Information leaflets
  • Project roll-up
  • Stickers
  • Production of a short video spot
  • Project website design
  • Project closing event
